Swipe auctions charged account without authorization

Came across a website that sounded to good to be true, dugh, and allowed them credit infor and was promptly charged 159.00.
Attempted to call and get a rep, way too long a wait, went to live chat and told to download a form to send by mail, did not take them long to process the charge? If reputable, they should have charged back to account.
Spoke with Bank of America and i guess i will be closing my account with them real soon too!!
