Ripped me off of $220.00 and a Blackberry Bold 9700

Sold a cell phone on ebay, got payed thru paypal. Paypal froze the money untill the package was deliverd. Package got deliverd they unfroze my money, after 11 days the buyer reported to paypal that he didnt get the phone all he got was a charger (hence this) the charger was not a transaction i sent the charger 2 days later after i sent the cell phone the chargers he got but claimes he didnt get the cell phone. The chargers were not part of the ebay transaction but yet paypal has let this guy create a complaint solely based on all he got was the chargers. So there making me refund his $220.00 if he returns the chargers and thats where we stand i can prove thru ups that i sent a cell phone out to this guy someone signed for the cel phone at the same address that he got the chargers at so i feel he knows where the cell phone is so the way this is working is i'm fixing to be out $220.00 plus a $399.
