Charged daughters checking account the 69.95-she never authorized this charge

A few weeks ago, my adult daughter was crying and livid about a charge to her account; now she is homeless (lives with her boyfriend-he lives with his father) she has only limited income as a self employed person.
This 69.95 charge has messed up her finances. The bank did an investigation, what a joke, they stated it was her fault. NOT! The attorney general of Indiana will have to get this company!
