Intuit decrease in service increase in bad employees bad attitudes complete ripoff

Our company used thiscompany for many years and in the past year and a half their customer servicehas decreased and their over all attitudes have tanked. They do not care aboutyour needs and will not consider helping you at all. The president Brad Smith asper the supervisors has advised the company that their only concern is new andmore money and the service to old consistent customers like we were who broughton 175 additional customers for them though the years and helped them ourselveswith our employees to help them as they were our customers do not matter tothem. Out of the 175 we brought on 175 are all done because of their badservice and short attitudes? These people dont care about anything more thanmoney. If you are just interested in ateen age web site thats ok however if you are a serious business with maycustomers do not trust this company to be the one to provide you with service, eventually you and all your customers will find it as one not to do businesswith. Stay away from this company. If any company that you are doing businesswith uses this company it is a good sign that you are dealing with a companythat is not a serious one.
