Rude, Lying, Broken English Customer Service Threatened to Sue Me When I had a problem

Buyer beware! - Aetraffic has the worst customer service and they sell non converting junk traffic. Ipurchased traffic from AeTraffic and did not see any visitors in my stats. Ilogged in and checked the campaign. The URL on the campaign was incorrect. On their website they claim to have a very tight approval process before they send any traffic. They said that I didnot input the URL correctly. (I may have but I don't think so) I asked them that if I entered the URL wrong "HOW DID THELANDING PAGE GET APPROVED" for the campaign to even start? They said they Checked and Approved my landing page. They also claim to check the landing pages frequently for viruses? If they Checked thelanding page at all they would have seen the URL error. I asked that the campaign restart. They basically toldme to go pound sand. It was my fault. So we fixed the error and sent traffic to the correct URL. I did not want tocontinue my campaign with them, and asked for a refund for the UNUSEDportion. NO refunds even though they have a BOLD money backguarantee on their website that reads: "If you are at all not satisfied with our service OR if wefail to deliver the full traffic package to you, then simply send us anemail requesting your money back and we will refund you on a pro-ratabasis (refund you for the number of visitors that we fail todeliver)." They told me that the only Refund they will give is IF they do not deliver 100% of the purchased traffic, there are no refunds for any other reason. As a professional media buyer for a living I recommend to STAY AWAY FROM AeTraffic! This Gian K. Person from customer service said that I was dishonest and trying to steal from them. He threatened to start trouble and said I would lose more than my money after his lawyers contacted me. I'm totally blown away by this. I buy so much traffic for a living. I really could accept it as a mistake EVEN my mistake. After the URL was switched I Still have got NO traffic from them. You don't treat customers like this. Shame on AeTraffic and Shame on Gian K.!
