Deleted my listing online for no resone

Hello, i have my business listed with insiderpages.com since 2008 and i had 36 reviews from my costumers and i was ranking 1st page under search engines and just few weeks ago i could not access my account with insider pages and found out that my listing has been deleted for no reason, i tried to contact them by email but no respond and now all of my reviews are gone. I'm hoping with your help i can find out what happened.
