Rip-off, deleted many programs, never gave me free estimate or receipt, computer still doesn't work, $165

Took 1 year old custom built computer ($350) to be fixed as it was acting up. Told him I did not want to spend alot. Never got his "free" estimate as advertised. Said it was fixed 2 days later. Said it was a virus and I owed $165. Paid but mad. Never given receipt! Took home... Still didn"t work... Took back again. Another couple of days picked up again... Doesn't work. He's a total rip-off. His store is filthy and looks like a tornado hit it. Stay away!!!
