I also have fallen prey towards the fradulent web money machine. Or ICM sites. Or whatever they would like to call themselves. And you CAn't pin them right down to a particular town and condition. Their trash works everywhere. Thats the way the scamers doit.

As numerous of the reviews I've continue reading below, it seems I am not by yourself. I also thought I had been being billed $2.97 subsequently got my charge card record and discovered that ICM took $149.95 from me! Incredible
