After sale will not respond in support area

We purchased a site from them a couple of weeks ago. Although everything is up and running in a couple of minutes, we have been trying since day one to have changes and add-on to the site they they list in their FAQ. They were quick to respond to our questions before the purchase. It took five days to get a response to our support ticket and for them to make some of the changes and that was after we filled a compliant with pay pal. It has been almost a week later and they still have not completed our full setup and have not responded to the support ticket. I gave them a C because the web site was up within a few minutes but their support is horrible.
