Ripoff, fraud, debit card abuse, credit card abuse

While going over my bank statement i noticed a charge of 134.95 to jp media.

I have never ordered anything from this company or have i ever gotten anything from them either.

I called the 888-548-1032 phone number and spoke to a company that handles jp media credit card service center.

The subject i spoke with stated that if i hadnt charged the amount then who did i told the subject that i had no knowledge of anyone using my card then he stated that someone had stolen my credit card number.

This never happened because this is the only charge on my card that i did not do my self and if it had been stolen all my money would surly be gone.

He stated that they would send the file to the fraud dept. And i would receive a credit to my account within 10 days. Will see!

Anyway this company is evasive and would not answer any questions about jp media.

The only thing that i purchased online is auto insurance from progressive ins. And it was on the same day!!!

Anyone else having this happen with progressive.
