LLC claimed I purchased a 14 day trial period which I didnt. I got a letter they were going to turn me over to a collection agency

I received a ltter stating I purchased a 14 day trial offer which I didnt. The letter went on to say if i didnt pay the $139.39 they would turn me over to a collection agency.

Around May 30th I called to inquire. Talked to a gentleman named Quinton who said he would take care of this. Called back today, June 25th, and the number I get a message "your call cannot be completed at this time"".
