Sold a computer for $ 970.00. Took the money and ran

In June of I won a computer from Mr. Raymond Frazier, 18 Hooker Ave # 5, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 on Haggle Auction site. I paid for this with 2 postal money orders which I have documentation that he did recieve. After many promises for several months through emails he stop communicating.

I never received the computer. This has been to the Better Business Bureau of New York, and the New York Attorney General. We have heard nothing. Mr. Frazier is still running his Webb Site. Http://custompcs. Theshoppe.com/. I don t understand why and how he is getting by with this. There were 3 other people besides myself that he had scammned on Haggle. He also sold on Juno and Ebay.
