Stole $150 from my checking without any notice

This site was reported on ABC Goodmorning as a site to win items for pennies on the dollar. You pay for bid points, then if you win, you pay for the item. I won some bid points and a $10 Wal Mart gifts card for $3 or so. When I checked my account online, I found $150 deducted. No notice, no receipt, or anything about Membership fees, club, etc.
