The Design People Website Fraud Costing over $6,000

We hired Agent Image in November to build a website for our entire real estate brokerage firm, which they never built or completed. Agent Image charged the full amount of their fee to our business account (over $6,000) and then disappeared with our money— without having done the work.

Agent Image refused to return our phone calls and emails for several months while we tried to contact them so that we could move forward with the website and have it completed in season, which is our prime selling time in Florida (season ends in May). We still do not have a website from them.

Only after we disputed the charges with our credit card company did we finally hear from Agent Image, many months after they had disappeared with our money!

Since Agent Image vanished without building us a website, we were forced to go out and hire a different web design firm to build a website for our firm from scratch, at a cost of over $8k. This new company has our site nearly completed without a single hitch after only 3 months time.

For anyone considering "working" with Agent Image, expect to be cheated. They are obviously accustomed to operating in fraud, as is evidenced by the voluminous web postings on this topic by realtors and brokers across the country who have been suckered out of their website budgets. Only wish we had seen these beforehand.

Agent Image is happy to relieve its clients of great sums of cash and summarily dismiss them, without fulfilling their contractual obligations. This is their business model. Beware.
