This company should be banned to offer their products in the USA

Invoice#11745. I bought a painting on canvas from this website. I checked the website before I placed the order. It seemed like they have satisfaction guarantee (with returns and exchange policies), contact information etc. So I went ahead and order this painting. It also states that they will roll and protect the painting in a hard round tube when they ship it as well as a film to protect it from dust etc. When I got the painting it was all ruined. They did not pack it as stated on their website, they placed the canvas in a regular box with no protection whatsoever. The box arrived flat and of course, the canvas is ruined. I contacted them, many times back and forth, and all they say was that I could not return it and they could no get me another one. It was the postal service that ruined it, not them, and they don't deal with that. To me they committed fraud; they are being negligent and they don’t comply with what the website states. If they think that the postal service is to blame, they should contact them and find a resolution. At the end of the day I bought the painting from them. They need to make sure I get the product in good condition and if ruined they should give me my money back or send me another one.in one of the e-mails back from them, they told me that they are not a shipping company and that they can’t do anything about it. Why is this company being allowed to offer their products and to commit fraud by lying about everything?
