Terrible Service

I requested some Shun Knives from their store and also the quality wasn't was I had been anticipating from this type of "exclusive" manufacturer. The knives were stained and after just a couple of of uses had cracked. After I approached Cook's Source about trading or returning them, these were really sudden and fast to WOn't do something for me personally. They called me towards the producer and after calling them (KAI US) they explained I abused the blades which the guarantee would not use. I did so nothing of the type... I own additional Western kitchen knives and not had any issues! I take advantage of a walnut cutting table 100% of times and usually hand-wash them. While Cook's Source offered me difficulty about trading, it made me would like to return the entire set-to them to get a reimbursement... But evidently they'll not provide me a complete reimbursement and so I am caught. Don't store there.
