On May 30TH there was a voice mail on my phone stating that i needed to get incontact with instacash. Usa or there would be legal action taken against me. So i call the number back and a gentlemen with broken english (souded Asian of some sort) answered and said that his name was Senior Attorney Dean Jones and that if i did not pay the $845 back from a Pay Day loan i had got that crimial charges would be filed and that i would have to go to court. When i began to ask him question he told me not to say anything until he was done talking. He was very rude. I was scared because he did have all my information and he also said that if i did not pay the my references that i had used on the appilcation would be prosecuted too. He told me that i need to get a notorize letter stating that i would pay this money back with my address, credit card number. I did it, i was scared that maybe this was some loan that i had gotten and for got about (because i did have some payment problem). So after i faxed this information i decided to ask some more question and thats when he (Dean Jones) became more rude and upset. When i ask for the address told me that he was going to tranfer me to someone who would give me that, her name was Angla Anderson and she said that she worked in a different depart and she was also attorney for Anderson law firm. I ask her for the address and she gave me 350 Mc Allister st, San Francisco, California 94102. But later as began to think about this whole thing it did not sound right. Because i was not sure and scare i have gotten scammed. I began to look on the internet to see about this company and thats when i ran a cross others who have been called by these same people. My concere and prayers is that that will not be able to do anything with my information. Help!!!
