KGB is a huge scam. My 12 year old son discovered the service in the past month and built up a big cell phone bill for me. I contacted the customer (dis) service department and got absolutely nowhere! They claim that they can block his access but not issue a refund as the service has already been used. I asked to speak to the person's supervisor and was told that he'd have to call me back. I asked her why she couldn't transfer me, and she stated it was because she has an IP phone, which is a huge line of bull. As an IT person, I know the inner workings of phone systems and IP phones. They are perfectly capable of transferring calls and in fact enhanced for that function. So, here I am waiting for my call back from Alfonso to see if I can recover my money that they illegally took.in the state of NH, minors are not able to enter into binding contracts. Anyone else run into this?
