Software, LLC Huge scam! Taking people for $79.99 a pop. Their login to their web site does not work at all. Ripoff!

I am sure by now you have heard of Ispynow, well I am here to inform you that they are a 100% scam and if you do your research on the internet forums you will see that everyone is not happy with them. I purchased their Ispynow 3.0 the other day and then sent me a serial number. Now what you need to do with it is goto their site and then use the serial number to create an account then you can download the software, well guess what - After you do that it never lets you log in! We tried on 5 computers to get in and could not and when you try to reach the company for support via phone, e-mail or whatever then do not answer at all. I mean they are long gone once you make the purchase.

Hell we even took one machine with only Windows XP Pro, with all service packs and a cable modem and tried, guess what... SAME THING! They even have a online demo that I guess you can run.in order to use the online demo you goto the same login page and use USER NAME: demo PASSWORD: demo to get in. Well once again guess what... SAME THING!

Even their demo account does not work. Now I know some sites may have problems now and then but at least they will e-mail you back and tell you... These guys are ignoring me period. And like I said I am not the only one. If you do a search on some of the keylogger web sites with forums you will see that everybody is mad as hell right now. At $80.00 a pop these guys are getting rich fast from a scam. You will also notice that when you goto to make the purchase they say NO REFUNDS, hhhhmm I wonder why! Well you can get one but you need to contact regnow which is their processor for credit cards. Their rules say that if the company does not resolve the issue within 48 hours of making contact that they will refund the money.

So I started digging more into this and ran some WHOIS on the domains and guess what, all the information on the WHOIS is false! The numbers have been disconnected and who knows if the address is even right which is located in NH. I have made a compaint with the BBB of that state and the Attorney General and I am now going after www.regnow.com for a full refund on the software. I would HIGHLY suggest that you guys investigate my claim and do a story on this big $80.00 scam.
