None Did not allow to give me the Code to work with my Download, after I paid $39.00 with my Credit Card

About six days ago, I downloaded a program from www.cyberdefender.com,
to "clean" my CP, so it works more rapid... The name of the Program is:
MyCleanPC... When I finished the download, and paid for it, the Spanish
operator that attends me said that in 35 minutes I will receive the Code to
open the Program, in my webmail, which never I received... Until today,
after numerous calls that I made to them, they assigned me the Spanish
operator, who never appears... So I want my money back, or the Code.
