Prime Periphals Rip-off Scam

My story is the same as many others here. I bought both a 50X CD and a 56K modem.

Both had rebates which I sent in as required well within the alloted time. It has been around 5 months and no reponse.

Both units are still working and I have bought their CDs in the past. However, I will not be fooled by another rebate offer from this company nor will I purchase anything else with their name attached.
