Is a joke... The information is inaccurate and used only for staff to slander other restuarants

I registered our restaurant with foodpages.ca only to find out that the information on the website is faulty and half of the listings are not even real restaurants! The website is only a childish tool for staff from other restaurants to write bad reviews about competitors.
When I tried to delete the account, I found out I was unable to do so. I tried to change the restaurant's information so that the listing would be unrecognizable. The website's "manager" who uses a personal gmail account to reply to complaints, was completely unprofessional and actually started throwing cheap shots at me via email!
At the end I asked: I wish to delete the account and youre telling me that this is not possible?
The "manager" responded with one word: Yes.
