Reach Local is a SCAM! DO NOT use this company! They cheated me out of $5,000

Please!!! Do Not use this company!!!

This company is the biggest scam ever!!! We were told by the "used car salesman" sales rep, that they would increase traffic to our site tenfold.

Not only did they not deliver on that claim, the sales rep called me a liar to my face just to save his own butt. And the sales manager told me that unless I can prove that I was told that, then I was pretty much SOL (up a creek, without a paddle).

Every time I started to question what I was told and why we weren't getting more success with the campaign, they turned it around and blamed my website, came up with multiple other excuses or they tried to tell me that I was actually getting very good value for my money.

Whenever we found something wrong with the campaign, the "slimey" rep had to check on it and then always came back with some technical excuse along with the standard, I didn't know that it worked that way. I asked him, "Why are you out selling a service that you apparently don't know anything about?"

PLEASE!!! Do Not use this company!!!
