David Duty goes by DavidDuty11@gmail.com he uses 813-315-1211 and a website of www.the-net-garage.com that isn't even up - he trolls on craigslist saying he can do web development work, but he knows absolutely nothing about web development! He says he charges $30 a page. It's a scam I asked him legitimate questions and he started getting defensive and calling me a scam and making threats. Do not do business with David Duty ever!
