Ordered in-game items via their website. 4 weeks later and they still haven't turned up. Attempted to contact the seller via their site... Their 'customer support' portal appears to be a bot that chucks out random quotes. Attempted to email them, received no response. Transaction was made via paypal and so put it into dispute. Seller claimed to paypal that the items were delivered even though no delivery information has so far been supplied.

Looked up whois on the domain, its registered by MelbourneIT for a [supposed] company in Malaysia with the webhosting setup via a company in California. So I've emailed the contacts on the whois domain.

My account via their website still says that the transaction status is 'processing', so even their own accounting confirms that they haven't fulfilled their end of the transaction.
