Icm unauthorized charges after cancellation

I ordered a free trial product, which was a packet, via internet. I was supposed to be charged a $2.97 fee for shipping. I understood it was a thirty day trial. The product/packet they sent was for a three day trial. I was billed $139.95. When I contacted the company, they said they would not refund anything and it was my fault I misunderstood. Upon speaking with them, I told them I would like to cancel the service. The CSR stated he would. I asked to speak with a person of authority, and the CSR told me he was. He stated the only way to contact the owner is by mail. On today, I checked my bank account and there is another $2.95 charge and $139.95 charge on my account. This is really disturbing. I don't have money for some low budget company to keep deducting from my account without my authorization. I work for a law enforcement agency and plan to file a fraud report. Also, I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. I refuse to allow this to continue. I would like for my fund to be refunded. I accepted the first charge of $139.95 as a loss. I got over it. I want them to refund at least this recent charge for that amount, including the $2.95. Overall, I would all of the funds deducted refunded.

I am angered at our government for allowing such acts to be committed against hard working citizens. Businesses, such as Internet Cash Machine, should not be permitted to exist. Someone has to have come across the numerous complaints. Just by surfing the internet, I have found over a dozen. This company has extremely unethical business practices, which no one seems to care about except us victims.
