We have to pay $100.00 per box or I don't get cable

Our condo in lithia springs was flooded out september 21. Anything we own was immersed in infected and dull water for 2 times untill the water could recede. Nothing was salvagable. Immediate route will not consider the increasing loss of the three wire boxes we were utilizing although Immediate T.V. Has explained they'd substitute the containers at free. All Primary Route needed to do was contact and purchase them. After I spoke to some superviser at Immediate Route he explained I had been under a together therefore we've to pay for $100.00 per container or I actually donot get wire. Your visitors insurance does not include flood damage. We've completed without wire because the ton since the only cable business we are permitted to use is Immediate Route.
