Coach4sale.com TOTAL SCAM! Do NOT make the same mistake I DID! Beware of this company!

I ordered a purse from http://www.coach4sale.com To me, the website looked legit and everything seemed like a good deal. First of all when I got my package, It was all smooshed up and damaged. I opened it only to find a purse that I didn't order and definetly didn't want. They sent me some completely different ugly bag. I tried contacting them about this mistake. It says on their website they will reply within 12 hours. Let me assure you, it's way longer. More like 2 days. They are not going to do anything about it. No refund, no exchange. It says in their FAQ that if you are sent the wrong item, they will give you a refund. Thats a lie. I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did! In the meantime, I am not going to stop emailing this company until they do something about their mistake.
