Did not deliver as what was told

We Guarentee our marketing campaigne work. If you do not profit 10 times your investment in the first year we will eat your cost and run the 200,000 visitor program again for you the next year for free. So you are guaranteed to make at least $30,000.00 in profits your first year.

This is what I was told and in WRITING but not one sale was made, not one. Till this day, no sale has been made, but thats because they shut my store off.

I wrote to the Arizona BBB and they could not help me, then I wrote to the Arizona Attorney Generals office, but I guess they are limited to what they can do.

They offered me a refund of $1471.75, after I spent more then $11,000.00 with no results.

They did resond to the Attorney Generals letter in witing, they wrote: (3XP will eat the cost of the campagine and run it again next year for free. One of our employees misquoted our internal guarantee so that it appears the customer would be refunded if a certain dollar amount was not attained. Although this is not our policy, if by 7/22/10, Mr. Michaud website has not generated a minimum of $42,050.00.3XP will refund $4205.00 and rerun the campaign free of charge as stated in Mr. Michaud's complaint.)

The odd thing was, the Company had shut my web store off so I can not make any sales, now I'll wait till 7/22/10 and see if they will refund what they have stated to the Attorney General
