Rip Off Rceovery

I too, as many other, have been ripped of by aforementioned company. I have contacted BBB of Dallas, Company (Pro Web Designers) not a member but has had complaints fille and has a C - grade, Many, many associations adveritized on Dallas Pro Website were found to be false-not members-not winners of certain awards. Also contacted people/companines that they show in thier Prtfolio as sites completed-the ones I have heard from have never had Dallas Pro Web Designers deveop sites for them.
A part my file, I sent Dallas Pro Web, a zip file of my former site due to the fact they could not come up with s web site that was presentable and never have. Numberous times I have requested file to be returned-always same answer-new poeple lost file.
I was charged taxes as part of my down payment. I contacted the Texas Department of Taxation and this past week and received a call from an a tax investigator who informed me that it was illigal (possible fraud) to have been charged taxes for website development of company from Texas.
I could go go with much more information I have obtained. As a former retired elected Sheriff with many years as an investigator I know have have been mislead - boarding on theft by deception of $890.00. I will continue my pursuit of recovery and justice deserved.
