Unauthorized credit card charges, bad company, liars, do not honor their own contract, stay away

Calfinder charged my credit card over the agreed contract amount. It took 3 weeks to get a response on this issue. It was promised by Calfinder to refund the overcharged amount but they never kept their promise. I had no choice but to file a dispute with my Credit Card Company but Calfinder keeps lying and refuse to refund the money. This company has no regards to written or oral contracts. They constantly lie and steal from their customers.
Did a quick research (after the fact) found that this is a well known problem with them. Check the BBB a lot of similar comlaints, i should have checked before i signed up. Stay away of this company!!!
