I have been ripped off by this company and hired a lawyer in phoenix. Webtech offered me 1200dollars back of the 13,000 they ripped me off. Big deal i've already accumulated 1500 dollars in lawyers fees.in order for the attorney generals office to bring charges against these pieces of dung, there needs to be multiple complaints filed against this company. You all need to file a complaint with the consumer information & complaints dept in the attorney genrals office in the state of arizona. This can be very frustrating, you have to send them all the information you have on these creeps. The attorney generals office will most likely send you back a letter saying they are sorry for what has happened and you need to hire a private attorney. Hiring a private attorney is basically useless. It could cost you up to 50,000 dollars just to have your case represented in superior court. However, if multiple complaints are filled with the attorney generals office, which has to happen before they can legally bring charges against webtech and have the case tried, then we have an excellent chance of convicting these frauds.
