Refused to ship tie. Do not buy from this seller! He would not work things out/blocked me too!

This seller refused to ship a tie to me that I paid for on eBay. The seller ID is thriftshow1. I even left a negative feedback to him but it got removed for some unknown reason. The payment was delayed due to a ridiculous amount that was shilled by other bidders in the auction or some other reason. He refunded me my money to close out the PayPal dispute. This was purchased on Feb. 14th and never received the tie. Item # is: 270527526045. The seller had invalid contact information because when I requested it and called the number I got a black woman who was rude saying it was a wrong number. I then reported this to eBay and requested the contact info again to see if it really was a wrong number which it was. I wanted another tie from the seller but I found he put me on the blocked bidder list. When I tried to work things out through PayPal he said:

Keep your money... You are banned from bidding with us. I have no idea what your claims are about. We have no desire to work with unreliable buyers. You had your chance to pay. It came late. Keep your money. Please take the full refund. Please do not try to bid under another alias... I have all the ebay communication. Thank you and have a nice day.

Nice guy/gal isn't he/she? This seller is a jerk and I wouldn't buy from them again. I paid for the tie but they wouldn't ship it. Seller has a 98.6% feedback (98.5% if my neg would have stayed) and that is a horrible percentage on eBay. Has lots of negs/neutrals in the past month or so. They falsely claim they try to work things out with other buyers on there. Thriftshow1 is going on my blocked bidders list and blocked sellers list. I am not an unreliable buyer - thriftshow is an unreliable seller who has had numerous complaints in the past while I've had next to none. DO NOT BUY from them!
