Did not return new car cove

Purchased 2 car addresses with lifetime guarantee, on 8/22/09 from Covershields on Ebay. After 60-90 times one started shredding, I suppose in the sunlight. I named/sent plus they believed to return it plus they might deliver me a brand new one! I delivered it via USPS on 128/14/09 plus they obtained it on 1/4/10. No reaction to my emails or calls!
