Roderick Lizardo doesn't pay its workers

I was a freelancing game artist and I worked for Roderick Lizardo for his game which he titles "Encore" which he is making under the company name Ethereal Muse Studios.

He directed me (and the other freelancers) to do lots of detailed art work for him upfront. While I was doing it, he demanded tight schedules and since his artistic direction changed every 2 days, he had me work on endless revisions of the assets I was making for him which amounted to well over 50 straight hours of my time. Not only that, but I often received calls at weird hours of the morning requesting more work.

Once I delivered them work to him, I got absolutely no response back for several weeks. After calling & emailing him several times over nearly a month, he finally responded with a call telling me that my work was "not satisfactory" and that he wouldn't be paying me at all.
