Ripped Off $130! Bought DVD box set from Orderbox, 4 MONTHS later never received

Internet & Web

I ordered a boxed DVD set titled, "American Film Institute: The Director's Series, " which included 22 doctumentary-like DVDs of Film Directors. I seriously needed those videos, but never received them in the time they should have come. Since then, I have moved, and have tried to back-track it's trail, which came to no avail. It never arrived at my former address.

I spent about $130 on that DVD set and would either like the set, or my full refund. Because I am not the only one who has filed a complaint on Orderbox.com, an affiliate of Amazon.com, I expect both of us to receive assistance.

I had ordered previously from Amazon.com and was very pleased with their business. So naturally, I continued to order. Since this incident, I will no longer do business with them until Orderbox has made up, or rectified their mis-treatment of customers.in addition, I expect better of Amazon.com to do business on a more professional level, and tom do a better job of investigating their affiliates.
