Charges Credit Card for clicks and never signed up for adwords

I suddenly, out of nowhere got charges on my credit card coded GOOGLE*ADWS... I was able to find this was for Google Adwords. They list no phone # for contact and billed me 3 X on one day and a week later another charge. Over $200. For nothing. I have no account never received any email from them that I had an account or was charged. They charge for click through fees if someone clicks a word they generate on your list. I had zero words on my list but was billed. Big scam stay away.
