None techforless is a ripoff

To whom it may concern: i am writing this letter to let you know about a company that is very dishonest to it, s costomers.in jan i brought a gateway computer which had everything i won, t on it. I received it at the end of january. I finally hooked it up in july and it would not boot. Up nor would it work. I called the company several times and know one seem to won, t to help me, so i end up calling gateway support which i end up having to pay them and they were know help. After several days of calling tech for less mr. Charles hadden finally answers the phone and he was no help either, all he could do was send me another computer which when i received it, it was just like the one i already had. I finally had my share of all the lies that were being told to me, so i told them to refund my money i would send there computers back to them. They tell me that that can only refund $375.00 and not the $406.00 i paid because that was there policy. I was not happy with it at all. I send there computers back to them on jan and they received them on jan 21 and still it took over three months just to get my check. Do not trust these people, matt basgall, jeremy, kathy, elaine, patrick and mr. Chalres hadden because this is how many people i had to talk to in order for someone to listen and they really didn, t care nither. They don, t know the meaning of good customer service nor there job. This computer is not trustworthy of the truth.
