Misleading info/high cost

We attempted to purchase passes for La Scala through Divento. They suggested on the site they were really supplying seats just before having the ability to get them through La Scala. This isn't the situation. Furthermore, they declined to verify they might have seats. Their plan claims they'll not cost your charge card till they've the seats. They'dnot answer their telephone and wouldnot react to numerous emails. They ultimately charged my card about 3-4 months before the efficiency day. At that time, with nonrefundable air-tickets, we would long bought tickets through La Scala. To include insult to damage, they charged an additional $100 per-ticket within the face-value due to their "support." They insisted these were owed the cash despite it being apparent they mightn't have ever endured the seats to market.
