Scriptmatix Ltd. Selling Bad Software

PHP Penny Auction (Scriptmax ltd.) sold us a bad script. A script that they claim can be up and running in minutes with little or no expertise in coding. False advertising. One month later we still cannot get a straight answer from them about why or what the problem is. To make it even worse is that they have all but a few clients experiencing the same issues. They have offered no fix and one of their staff claimed that they are busy with new clients. Well the script cost us $749.00 and all the time and outside resources are wasted.

Their solution is to point the finger at our hosting and server configurations, well we worked 3 days straight with our tech support on our servers to try and pin point the issues and even installed a completely different script and the different script worked. Also all of us (PHP Penny Auction Clients) are experiencing the exact same issues around the world.
