Lied about mailing back-up CD AND failure to properly price out site project

Shad Phillips, the President of a small web design firm named "PMG Web Design" of Frisco Texas, failed to properly price out a project I needed completed which ultimately resulted in a strained working relationship, then using underhanded billing tactics he attempted to nickel-and-dime me so to make-up for so-called loss profits.
Customers could also acquire hosting through PMG; on several occasions as PMG's client, there were unexplained site failures whereby I had to wait extended time (from several hours to 24 hours) before the site was functional again, such downtime probably drove away many potential consumers.
I argued with Mr. Phillips on MANY occasions concerning functionality problems plaguing the website whereas he would often rebuttal with "normal bug" replies; such bugs lasted for most of the website's duration, as well as other ongoing functionality issues that repeatedly took several hours or days before resolve. I was not impressed with Mr. Phillips professional demeanor when he felt pressed to correct functionality issues that were redundant.
I complained to the Better Business Bureau on PMG on at least 2 occasions whereas one of the complaints was actually resolved via mediation.
Mr. Phillips also failed to have mailed a critical back-up CD of the website I owned after agreeing to on numerous occasions. This was after paying the firm between $600 - $700 USD for such program files.
I wish I had consulted with PMG's clients before signing their contract. The whole ordeal (business relationship) was an utter nightmare. Good luck if you're a new client.
