It goes like this. Whether you have a tracking number or not, they will find you guilty of a scam.

I sold to a lady in florida, about 28 precious moments. She states she did not receive them but the tracking numbers state otherwise. Any how she contacted pay pal and they gave me 7 days to pay her the money, even with tracking numbers.

I refunded her for the precious moments that she sent back but she wanted every last dime plus what i gave her already thru pay pal. Doesn't matter what proof you have, they will still make you the bad guy. I have officially begun to sue them and turned them over to the fbi in nebraska for investigation.

For some reason they find it their job to play judge and jury which breaks their own disclaimer becuse it states they are not there to settle these sorts of things but funny how they are always in the middle of it.
