I don't know what this company is and why they are taking money out of my checking accout don't know it

I have been having $19.95 taking out of my checking account for the past 2 months so the total is $39.90. The month of January was taken our on the 28th and Febrary was taken out on the 26th. The only thing that i have to go by was what is said on my bank statement and this is what the information is: UMG Tech 800 8512651 800 851 2651 IL.US.
I have know clue what this company is and why they are taken it out of my bank account and i am wishing that it would stop and that i know what this company is and what they stand for. I would like some action on this matter as so as someone can find out what they are. Thank you very much
