H card rip off

I was making bids on ebay for a direct tv h card. Even though i didnt win any of the bids i was sent a email from johnny adams at maseycross@yahoo.com saying he had some h series cards and recievers for sale. I sent back e-mails asking him to confirm and guarantee that the card is a h card not a hu card. His reply was i will send the card and new reciever for three hundred dollars c.O.D. My next e mail states johnny please send the h card and reciever c.O.D. To my address. When i recieved the package it had enclosed one reciever with a hu card. I then notified him that i didnt order a hu card but a h card and i would like a refund. Johnny replied that he sent a h series card and why cant i use the hu card. The reason being i didnt order a hu card but a h card.
