Ripoff, dishonest, does not pay his winners, trying to start lotto site again

Barry Richey Roberts runs two Internet Lotto games, Reality Lotto and Cartoon Lotto. He had surgery, which players understood, and gave the players Unlimited Play on the games until he returned.

Barry's wife, Sue Roberts, took over the games and caught them up, through the July 25 drawing. Sue then claimed she received errors while updating the tickets and took the games down.

I know for a fact that I won $112 through July 25 and have a soft copy of my winning tickets. I know of another player that won over $800 in the same games and she (Deb V. Has a soft copy of her tickets also.

I created a forum for the games on MSN and Barry or his wife Sue visited quite often to talk to the members. The last appearance we had from Sue was August 16, when she poped into the chat room and accused the players of killing her husband. To this day, September 16, we cannot locate a death notice in the Cincinnatti, Dayton (his mother's home) or the Charelston, SC (Sue's parent's home) papers.

She took the games down permanenetly at that point and refused to pay her countless winners.in September (September 8), Howie Augatep, a player from Conneticut, found the forum and accused me of being Barry and claimed to hack the Cartoon Lotto web site. It was up a few days and a newsletter was posted claiming that Sue gave the site to Howie as payment of his $5,000 winnings.

At that point "WhoIs.com" reflected Howie as the owner of the site. A couple of days later, the site went down again and the "WhoIs.com" was changed back to reflect the owner as Sue Roberts.

One day the game site is up, next it is down. Who is fooling who?

In my best guess, I believe that over $50,000 is owed to the players of the games and Barry and Sue Roberts do not want to pay.
