I ordered a pair of gloves from this company and when I returned them, they refused my refund. Here is a copy of their response to me via email:

I have returned your original gloves because of the way you returned them to us; folded over and showing definite signs of having been worn. Our return policy, as stated on the back of the invoice and on our web site, clearly states that gloves must be unworn and must be returned in a condition that will permit us to resell them. These are expensive gloves that you chose to return improperly. Had you returned them unworn and not folded over we would have made the exchange for you. I am sorry I had to take this action but you left me no choice.

I did not wear the gloves. Here is a copy of my response to them via email:

If you define trying gloves on to determine if they will work for you as “definite signs of having been worn, ” then you had better clarify on your return policy that a purchaser had better not even put them on their hands or their return will be rudely refused. Second, your return policy did not specify how they were to be placed in the package for return. If I was not allowed to FOLD them for a full refund then, again, your policy should have stated that folding was not permitted. Finally, this has been our only communication with each other so I am not sure how I have left you no choice but to refuse my request for refund.

Please reconsider your denial of my request for a refund based on the above information.

The company has ignored all my communications with them and I have filed a complaint with the BBB also. I am really just hoping I can get my $80 back.

Buyer beware when using this company!!!
