I have two 80 year old invalids im taking care of, every time it sprinkles rain the phone quits, i have tried for two days to contact them, but thats notgoing to happen they will not answer at customer service, this phone has to work, if aemergency happens and we cant call a ambulance or help. There will be crimanal charges, and if my parents suffer from your stupidity, i promise if it takes every penny my family has we will prosecute...
