Ripoff bait and switch seminars with misleading promises

This company draws you into a seminar to set up a website to sell merchandise on the internet for $399 plus $50 for a travel distributorship plus $40 for a CD on how to get free goverment money.

Once you sign up, you need to attend their training class a few days later. During this training class they tell you how difficult it is to sell merchandise on the web (that you just paid $399 for the day before) and you should sell websites instead. They want you to cough up between $745 and $4,000 to become a web distributor.

They make commitments like your monthly hosting fee will not start until you publish your new website. They start billing you after 30 days regardless.

They offer a special deal on a merchant account for $1,995 and say you can pay in full or $89 a month for 36 months. They tell you the $89 a month payments can be applied anytime to the $1,995 discount price if you sign up today. Then they call you and say that the monthly plan adds up to $3,204

This is a total scam and rip off. We need to get together and get an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against these people before they rip off more innocent people.
