Easy Savers/Pro-Flowers
Placed unauthorized monthly charges on my cc

I just noticed that a charge for $14.95 was processed on my cc statement from a company called "Easy Savers". When I called the company 1-877-844-9554 the lady told me that I enrolled for a 30 day trial period for their service and I had been charged $14.95 a month for 10 MONTHS!!

I explained to Easy Services that this wasn't accurate and I didn't intentially enroll for this service. I simply printed out a free shipping coupon for future orders.Pro Flowers shared my account info with a secondary company. What bad business.

Easy Savers has told me that they are reversing the 10 charges in 10 seperate transactions and that I should have $150 back in a couple days.in the meantime I have contacted my cc company to refuse all future charges.

I hared Pro Flowers before from bad service and now I really hate them for bad business practices. I will continue to share with all my friends and family, social media etc to not do business with them.
