Entered an Art photo comp back in November... Competition went to final voting 1 week ago. Was promised the outcome by 8:00 am today... Nothing has been forthcoming. I believe they are trying not to pay the winners and are holding onto the financial gains as long as possible. They will not respond to repeated requests for information regarding this competition.
